Mail document & $5 filing fee to: WA State Chapter of NWTF, 3321 S Woodward,
Spokane Valley, WA 99206 (Filing fee will cover up to 3 records for one
individual)
The Washington State Chapter of the NWTF in cooperation with the WA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is sponsoring brass pins in recognition of achieving the “Washington Slam”. This form will be used for submission of information to establish Washington State turkey records for this season as well as previous seasons. Return this form to the address above and your game harvest report card to the WA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife to receive your pin.
